We do not currently use advertising cookies. If we add analytics or marketing tools in the future, we will update this Policy and, where required by law, ask for your consent. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the Website may not work properly.
2.4 Information we do not collect on purpose
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information (such as health, financial account, or government identification numbers) through the Website. Please do not send us this type of information. The Website is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

4. Legal bases for processing (EU, UK and Turkey visitors)
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Turkey, we process your personal information on one or more of these legal bases: (a) your consent, for example when you submit the contact form; (b) performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract; (c) our legitimate interests in running, securing and improving our business and Website, balanced against your rights; and (d) compliance with legal obligations.
5. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising. We share it only as needed with:
- Service providers that help us operate the Website and our business, such as our web hosting provider (Güzel Hosting), email delivery and SMTP services, website security and caching services, and the technology that powers our contact form;
- Third-party content providers whose content is shown on the Website, such as Google Maps (the map on our Contact page) and Google Fonts. These providers may receive your IP address and browser information when your browser loads their content;
- Professional advisers, such as lawyers, accountants and insurers, where necessary;
- Authorities, where we are required by law, court order or a legal process, or to protect our rights, property or safety; and
- A successor business, if we are involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case this Policy will continue to apply to your information.
All providers are expected to protect your information and to use it only for the services they perform for us.
6. International data transfers
We have offices in the United States and Turkey, and our providers may store or process data in other countries. As a result, your personal information may be transferred to, and processed in, countries whose data protection laws may differ from those of your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms.
7. Third-party links and social media
The Website contains links to third-party sites and social media pages, including Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites. We encourage you to read their privacy policies before sharing any information with them. Downloading our portfolio may open a PDF file hosted on our own Website.
8. Data retention
We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy, to meet legal, accounting and reporting requirements, and to resolve disputes. Contact form enquiries that do not lead to a project are generally deleted within 24 months. Information related to contracts, invoices and completed projects is kept for the period required by applicable tax, construction and commercial laws.
9. Data security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including secure hosting, a web application firewall, malware scanning, bot protection and restricted administrator access. No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a data breach that affects your rights, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.
10. Your rights
10.1 All visitors
You may contact us at any time to ask about, correct, or ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you, or to opt out of marketing messages.
10.2 California residents (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to: know what personal information we collect, use, disclose and share; request access to a copy of your personal information; request correction of inaccurate information; request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal exceptions; opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information; and not be discriminated against for exercising your rights. We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined in California law. You may make a request by emailing info@quadroist.com. We may need to verify your identity before we respond, and you may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.
10.3 Residents of the EEA, the UK and Turkey (GDPR, UK GDPR and KVKK)
You have the right to: access your personal data; have it corrected or completed; have it erased; restrict or object to its processing; receive it in a portable format; withdraw your consent at any time (without affecting earlier processing); and learn whether your data is processed and for what purpose, who it is shared with, and whether it is transferred abroad (Turkish Law No. 6698, KVKK). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority, such as the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) or your local EU supervisory authority.
To exercise any of these rights, email info@quadroist.com. We aim to respond within 30 days, or within the period required by law.
11. Marketing communications
If we send you promotional messages, you can unsubscribe at any time by following the link in the message or by emailing us. We will still send you messages that are needed to run your project or contract.
12. "Do Not Track"
Some browsers send "Do Not Track" signals. Because there is no common standard for responding to them, the Website does not currently change its behavior when it receives one. We do not track you across other websites for advertising.
13. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it was last changed. Material changes will be posted on this page, and where the law requires, we will notify you in another way. We encourage you to review this page regularly.

Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
Who we share your data with
If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.
How long we retain your data

What rights you have over your data

You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where we send your data
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Website (for example pages viewed and approximate location). Google Analytics uses cookies and may process your IP address. You can opt out with Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
